Took a sip of product and some felt uncomfortable on my lips like a blob of something. Looks like possibly mold or something not certain.
It was refrigerated at an hotel cooler. Obviously a very unpleasant and unsettling experience

Verified Reviewer |Unknown brown ring at the bottom of my bottle
Hello Snapple, I bought one of your guys' 945 mL peach tea iced teas. I was happily drinking it until I reached almost the bottom, and I noticed this nasty brownish ring inside the bottom of the bottle.
I was wondering what the heck it could be and if I could possibly get a reimbursement for the bottle I paid for because of the disgusting brown ring I found at the bottom. If not, maybe a coupon or just check your products.
I wasn't very pleased with this. -Noelle Meier
- It taste good and are normally ok to drink
- Werid ring on the bottom from one of my fave ice tea brand
Preferred solution: A refund maybe (it was $4), a coupon and maybe if Snapple is feeling nice a new bottle
User's recommendation: Check the bottom of your Snapple bottles before buying them. You might find it unknown brown ring of something at the bottom.

Verified ReviewerWhat Snapple means
To Whom It May Concern at Snapple,
My name is Amber M. Leffew, and I want to share a storynot just a story about me, but about a life shaped by both struggle and survival, tragedy and triumph.
More than anything, its a story that I hope will illustrate why a single Snapple facttucked inside the underside of a bottle capcan mean something far deeper than anyone might expect.
Lets start at the beginning.
I grew up a curious, observant kidthe kind of child who found magic in the smallest things. I remember my dad giving me a handful of coins each morning to buy chocolate milk at school, but I had a plan. I would stash that change in the corner of my pocket and take it to the corner store after school. That change was precious.
Sacred, even. And I spent it the same way every time: a Snapple Apple and a pouch of Big League Chew.
That icy bottle, with its nostalgic glass and bright cap, was more than just a drink. It was a reward, a ritual, a small pocket of peace. And then came the best partthe lid.
Those Real Facts. Silly, surprising, enlightening little morsels that planted seeds in my mind. I didnt know it at the time, but those facts were shaping the way I interacted with the world. I started asking more questions, noticing more details, treasuring weird and wonderful truths.
In a world that could often feel confusing and out of reach, those facts made learning feel accessible, even playful.
But childhood doesnt last forever, and for me, the years ahead were marked by heartbreak, hardship, and hard lessons.
I became a mother in my teenssomething that changed the trajectory of my life in profound and challenging ways. At 43 now, I can say that one of the most important and beautiful accomplishments of my life has been raising my son, now 23 years old, who lives on the autism spectrum. Raising a child with unique needs, as a single parent, required more strength, patience, creativity, and advocacy than I ever knew I had. There were days of joy, of breakthroughs, of laughter so deep it rattled our lungs.
And there were also nights of fear, of feeling isolated, of not knowing how I would hold it all together.
But I did. One day at a time.
And yet, even with the victories of motherhood, my own internal world was unraveling. Years later, I would end up incarcerated, serving six years in prison. During that time, my fathermy anchor, my heropassed away from pancreatic cancer.
I couldnt hold his hand or say goodbye. I came home shattered, grappling with addiction, grief, and the pieces of a life that felt broken beyond repair. I drank myself into a coma and flatlined. They told me I died.
But I came back.
Not just in the clinical sense, but spiritually, emotionally, wholly.
Something about that experience shook loose the part of me that remembered what I once loved. What brought me joy. What kept me grounded when the rest of the world spun too fast. And of all things, it was the memory of those mornings with my father, those coins in my hand, and that little glass bottle with the quirky cap, that came rushing back.
Snapple wasnt just a drink from my childhood.
It was an emblem of curiosity. Of consistency. Of tiny joys that stitched my life together in the moments I didnt even realize I needed them.
Today, Im in recovery. Im married to the love of my lifemy best friend, my penguin.
You see, penguins mate for life. Their loyalty, their warmth, their resiliencetheyve long been my favorite animals, for those very reasons. And now I find myself in a partnership that echoes those same qualities. Together, weve built something steady and strong from the ruins of my past.
But Im not done rewriting my story.
At this stage in my lifeat 43Ive returned to school and am now pursuing my doctorate in forensic psychology.
Its a field where science meets humanity, where deep truths about behavior and trauma are uncovered and explored. My goal is to help others navigate the darkness I once knew so intimately. To advocate for those who are voiceless, to help rebuild what feels lost, to prove that its never too late to begin again.
So why am I writing to you, Snapple?
Because even now, with a heart patched by loss and strengthened by love, with a brain pushed to its limits in doctoral work, I still light up at the twist of a Snapple cap. I still smile at the facts, and more than anything, I still believe in their power.
Heres one of my favorites:
**Did you know penguins used to fly?**
Its unexpected.
Whimsical. And it holds layers of meaningnot just for a trivia lover like me, but for anyone whos ever struggled to stay grounded, to find their wings again, or to believe in the possibility of transformation. Penguins didnt lose flight to fallthey evolved into excellent swimmers. Into survivors.
And thats what Ive done, too.
Its my dream to contribute this fact to your iconic Real Facts collectionnot just to satisfy a bucket list, but to bring that tiny spark of wonder to another child like I once was.
A child pocketing change for their own little moment of happiness. A child who may be facing challenges they cant yet name, or losses they dont yet know how to carry. A child who sees that cap, reads a line about penguins, and suddenly begins to ask questions, to feel less alone, or just to laugh.
Thats what your facts did for me. And I believe with all my heart that they can do that for someone else.
This letter is more than a requestits a thank you.
Thank you for being there, quietly, all these years. For being woven into memories with my father. For being a comfort in my darkest days. For helping me raise a child with endless curiosity and courage.
For showing me that inspiration can come from anywhereeven the underside of a bottle cap.
It would mean the world to me to be part of that magic. To offer one small, strange, wonderful fact to the next person who pops open a bottle in search of refreshment and finds, instead, a little piece of delight.
So here I amAmber Leffew. A mother. A student.
A fighter. A penguin-loving, Snapple-sipping, fact-collecting soul with a heart full of hope.
And this is me, asking to share that hope with the world.
With gratitude, joy, and fruity enthusiasm,
Amber M.

Verified Reviewer |Peach no-sugar tea has recently been watered down
As a long-time drinker of Snapple no-sugar peach tea, Im cancelling my subscription delivery from Amazon. The tea has lost much of its flavor and I can only guess its being watered down.
I drank more than 2 per day while undergoing radiation and had to have a full bladder each day for the 25 treatments. Bring back the old formula and let us know about it.
User's recommendation: Test it one bottle at a time until you’ve found the one you want. They ruined a good thing by reformulating no-sugar peach tea.

Verified ReviewerFound something in my drink
I had started drinking my Snapple, and it was tasting a little funny. I looked inside and saw something at the bottom of the bottle.
I don't know what it was, but I was very disgusted and disappointed.
I have never had this problem before. I honestly don't think I will be buying any more, and also I had to dump most of the drink out to even see what was at the bottom.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Loss of Zero Sugar Snapple juice drink
I live in South Florida and it just disappeared from store. Walgreens and CVS no longer seem to carry it either.
As a diabetic and potential kidney transplant recipient, no sugar and no caffeine are super necessary for me.
Does anyone know if it's gone for good?
I've contacted Snapple, and Dr Pepper, who distributes Snapple, and go no clear answers.

I hate to do this because snapple peach Tea is literally my favorite drink ever. Im not sure exactly what was in the drink i tried to take pictures but its kind of hard to see.
There were pretty decent size chunks of something in it.
It also made me sick almost immediately, i threw up profusely. I wish i wouldnt have dropped the bottle so i couldve gotten better pictures but that was a terrible experience and i just wanted to let you know in hopes to prevent it happening from someone else

Verified ReviewerDefective Product
Caps are not perforated to twist—have had to use a knife as a saw to try and etch deep enough in. I have arthritis and even sawing is difficult, also dangerous.
- Have a diet flavor that is refreshing in taste
- Unperforated caps also plastic bottles
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: If you can see through packaging try to see if caps are perforated
